If you are new client, please send us the following documents by mail to the company's address. For faster processing, correspondence by fax or e.mail is also available.

•  Copy of a certifcate of the Tax Office concerning assignment of a European VAT Number (VAT - EU)

• EORI number assigned by the Customs Office
• Original copy of customs authorization (Zollvollmacht)*
• Original copy of Power of Attorney for fiscal representation (Generalvollmacht zur Fiskalvertretung)*
